Comment Guidelines
Ecotrust Canada invites you to comment on blog posts, news and news releases via our website or via our YouTube, Twitter, Facebook or Flickr profiles. Please share your experiences, observations or information. Ecotrust Canada reserves the right to review, edit, refuse or delete any comment that does not meet our guidelines.
Here's how to ensure your comments get published:
- Stick to the point.
- Do not copy material from other sources, except in brief quotes, with the source acknowledged.
- Vigorously debate the ideas, but avoid personal attacks.
- Do not make comments that are threatening, defamatory, obscene, profane, contain hate speech or degrade others.
- Do not repeat a comment that you have already posted.
- Comments must contain your name and valid email address (emails will not be published in the comment post).
- Simply, don't say anything you wouldn't want your mother to read.
If you see a comment that appears to violate these guidelines, please send an email to info@ecotrust.ca alerting us to the offending comment. Our website moderator will review it.
